A wooden board is not dishwasher-safe, it needs to be hand-washed. Always store your wooden chopping board in a dry place. For a little extra care of your wooden board, when it is dry you can oil it regularly. Evenly apply a little mineral or linseed oil with a lint-free cotton cloth. If necessary, you can also sand your wooden board when it is showing wear. After sanding, be sure to wipe the board with a damp cloth, dry it well and then oil it.
